Had the worst experience for a pedicure today.. middle aged esthetician trimmed my toes nails so short that there was nothing left to file.. carelessly scraped the skin near my ankles without realizing that she is rubbing the pumice stone on the boney part of my foot, it was so bad that it started bleeding.. we don't go for a $53 pedicure to leave the place injured.. there was no manager to speak to.. not going back ever!

I moved to the area last year and tried out so many salons. I have been a regular at Lamour for almost a year now and I love it! I always get a dip manicure and they have so many great options to choose from. Jessica #2 is my go to girl and she does an amazing job every time.

In to simply have my acrylic nails soaked off. I had an appointment scheduled for this, but was completely ignored for a half and hour...absolutely because I wasn't scheduled to purchase another service. This is TERRIBLE business practice! Just because I'm taking a break from acrylics for a while to heal my nail beds, I probably would have come back here again. Not now, as my goal now will be to spread the news to everyone I know about this pathetic establishment!

Disappointed in this place! Wish I would have looked up the reviews prior because it looks like many have had similar experiences to me. They booked wayyyy too many people for the same time appointment and I had to wait an hour for my manicure. Please just tell me you are too busy instead of overbooking so I don't waste my time! No one came up to me to apologize for the wait/keep me updated on the wait. Did not seem like they cared much for my business. Won't be coming back

This place is so horrible I would give them zero stars if it was possible. No chip polishing was the worst. Brenda did it and the owner said it was fine. Goes to show you their quality of work!!
