For July Fellowship Programs:

Date	Activity
May 31, 2024	ERAS2024 season concludes for July and September cycle programs.
June 5, 2024	ERAS Registration - DIOs and programs register for the ERAS 2025season in ERAS Program Management (EPM). Programs must complete their registration to receive ERAS communications, indicate their participation status for the upcoming season, and provide applicants with information regarding their program.
June 5, 2024	ERAS 2025season begins at 9 a.m. ET.
June 5, 2024	Programs receive access to the PDWS for preseason setup.
July 3, 2024	July cycle fellowship applicants may begin submitting applications to programs at 9 a.m. ET.
July 17, 2024	July cycle fellowship programs begin receiving and may begin reviewing applications in the PDWS at 9 a.m. ET.
Spring 2025	ERAS Registration - DIOs and programs register for the ERAS 2026season in ERAS Program Management (EPM). Programs must complete their registration to receive ERAS communications, indicate their participation status for the upcoming season, and provide applicants with information regarding their program.
May 31, 2025	ERAS 2025season concludes at 5 p.m. ET.

For September Residency Programs:

May 31, 2024	ERAS 2024 season concludes for July and September cycle programs.
June 5, 2024	ERAS Registration - DIOs and programs register for the ERAS 2025season in ERAS Program Management (EPM). Programs must complete their registration in order to receive ERAS communications, indicate their participation status for the upcoming season, and provide applicants with information regarding their program.
June 30, 2024	Program Signal Deadline - Individual programs in participating specialties must opt-in to receive program signals when registering for the ERAS 2025application season in ERAS Program Management (EPM).
June 5, 2024	ERAS 2025season begins at 9 a.m. ET.
June 5,2024	September cycle residency programs receive access to the PDWS for preseason setup.
Sept. 4, 2024	Residency applicants may begin submitting MyERAS applications to programs at 9 a.m. ET.
Sept. 25, 2024	Residency programs may begin reviewingMyERAS applications and MSPEs data (if applicable) in the PDWS at 9 a.m. ET.
Spring 2025	ERAS Registration - DIOs and programs register for the ERAS 2026season in ERAS Program Management (EPM). Programs must complete their registration in order to receive ERAS communications, indicate their participation status for the upcoming season, and provide applicants with information regarding their program.
May 31, 2025	ERAS 2025season concludes at 5 p.m. ET

For December Fellowship Programs:

Nov. 13, 2024	December cycle fellowship applicants may begin submitting applications to programs at 9 a.m. ET.
Dec. 4, 2024	December cycle fellowship programs may begin reviewingMyERAS applications in the PDWS at 9 a.m. ET.
